- Discounts are Available on these Terms and Conditions ( subject to change without notice )
- Discounts are valid only for 30 days from invoice date
- We reserve the right to cancel any future discounts for late payments for prior purchases
- Discounts are NOT retroactive
- New purchases will NOT be shipped while there is an outstanding balance
- Email us to see if you qualify for any discounts
- it may be a slow and paper-intensive forms to fill out
- Discount Terms and Conditions are subject to change and revocation without notice
- predefined Discounts are available to "Resellers/Distributors/EndUsers"
( discounts based on your past purchases during the past year )
- 5% Discount are available for new product (beta) releases
- 5% Discount are available for minimized feature-set ( previously it was NN-plus vs NN-minus )
- No sniffers
- No "apache web gui interface" ( samba and printer server )
- No "freebsd desktop"
Requirements for Discounts to be available to you
- Resellers/Integrators provide ALL technical support to your customers
- 10 unit minimum purchase to qualify for the discounts
- units should be pre-paid with online orders
- units are NOT returnable other than for manufacturer's defects
- You have filled out the online order forms properly including the proper fedex shipping fees
- You are responsible for ALL shipping, taxes, insurance and duties to and from
NetworkNightmare, FOB Reno, Nevada
- A valid Reseller Permit is required prior to ordering if you're claiming any california tax exemptions
Purchase Orders might be accepted on rare occasions
- UCC filing should be provided
- 3 Bank reference and Letter of Credit will be required
- 3 Trade references will be required
- Officers of the Company must guarantee in writing the payment of the purchase orders
- Payment terms can be net-5, net-15 or net-30 depending on your payment history
- Discounts are valid only for 30 days ...
thereafter, full payment is expected and discounts are null and void
- payments made 45-days or later shall unconditionally result in denial of future discounts
- Purchase Orders are subject to a $100 administrative fee to process your approved POs
Typical Wire Transfer Terms
- Not all corp entities accepts the use of online credit card transactions
- Wire Transfers are subject to a $30 fee administrative fee to process your wire transfer and conversion of foreign funds to us dollars charged by our bank
Typical Discount Schedule ( subject to change )
- Discounts are available when there have NOT been any payment problems
- 5% = subsequent pre-paid orders from the SAME "person@employer.com"
- 10% = typical Reseller discount or OEM Discounts
- 15% = ..
- 20% = typical Distributor discount .. cummulative 25 units or more purchases in the last 12 months
- 25% = ..
- 30% = large ( 100+ units ) bulk orders from say Cisco, HP, Juniper, Packeteer, Riverbed
End Users
- End users buying in bulk ( everything shipped at the same time )
- Referrals from other manufacturers and Resellers ...
the amount of the discount would depend on whom referred you to us
Current resellers and past Purchasers may continue per previous terms and conditions
- manufacturer's discounts ... those whom bundle nn with your other products
- system integrators ... those whom bundle NN with other products
- reseller discounts
- volume purchases
